Enrollment / Inscripcion

Endeavor College Prep is TUITION-FREE and open to all students. As a PUBLIC school, the only requirements for admission are that students be entering the 4^th, 5^th, or 6^th grade and living in California. There are no required tests, essays or other admission criteria. To enroll, please follow the instructions below.

Endeavor College Prep es gratis para el publico y está abierta a todo estudiante. Todo niño o niña que vive en California que esta entrando al 4to o 5to grado es bienvenido a nuestra escuela. No se requieren examenes de admision. Para inscribir a sus hijos, siga estas instrucciones:

HOW DO I ENROLL MY CHILD AT ENDEAVOR COLLEGE PREP?
	Fill out the intent to enroll form on the right of this page and submit to the School Director. To make an appointment, please call (323) 947-7311.
	Intent to Enroll forms will not be accepted by mail or over the phone.
	An intent to enroll form must be filled out for each student that is applying.
	Contact Endeavor College Prep promptly if any information on the form changes.
	Our enrollment lottery for the 2010-11 school year was conducted on April 3. We will continue to accept applications for all grades. Fourth grade students will be accepted on a first come first served basis until the remaining seats are filled. Fifth and sixth grade students will be added to our waiting list in the order they apply.
	Upon acceptance, families will complete an enrollment packet.
	The waiting list will not carry over from year to year. Students who do not attend the school must fill out a new Intent to Enroll form to be considered for admission in subsequent years.

	Admission to Endeavor College Preparatory Charter School (Endeavor College Prep) is open to any resident of the State of California. Endeavor College Prep will not charge students tuition and will not discriminate against any student on the basis of ethnicity, national origin, citizenship, religion, gender, or disability.

COMO INSCRIBO A MI HIJO(A) EN ENDEAVOR COLLEGE PREP
	Complete el formulario a su derecha y entréguela al Director. Para hacer una cita, llame al (310)600-8876.
	No aceptamos las aplicaciónes por correo ni por el teléfono.
	Una forma de intento de matricular debe ser completada para cada niño que aplique a nuestra escuela.
	Si cambia cualquier información en esta forma, por favor contacte a Endeavor College Prep tan pronto como sea posible.
	Para el año escolar 2009-10, aceptaremos a los estudiantes en el orden que se aplican.
	Después de ser notificada, cada familias completarán un paquete de la inscripción.
	La lista de espera no sigue de año tras año. Los estudiantes que no asisten a la escuela deben completar un nuevo Intento de Matricular para que se considerará para la admisión en años subsecuentes.

	Las inscripciones a la escuela Endeavor College Preparatory Charter School (Endeavor College Prep) están abiertas a cualquier residente del estado de California. Endeavor College Prep no cobrará colegiatura y no discriminará en contra de ningún estudiante por su origen étnico, nacionalidad, ciudadanía, religión, sexo o incapacidad. Llenar esta forma no garantiza la admisión a Endeavor College Prep. La admisión Endeavor College Prep será determinada por la orden que se aplican. La admisión será concedida a los primeros 70 estudiantes de cuarto grado y a los primeros70 estudiantes del quinto grado que se aplican. Colocaramos al resto de los aspirantes en una lista de espera en la orden que se aplican.
