We hope you are all having a wonderful summer and share in our excitement for the new school year to begin. Below you will find important information for the 2019-2020 school year.
Summer Academy is a critical part of our program and only new students are expected to attend on August 15-16, 2019 from 8:00 -10:30 a.m. Summer Academy is dedicated to helping students learn how to be successful at ECP. During this time, students will get to know their new teachers and classmates, build relationships as they become a part of our community, and learn routines to help them be successful when they arrive on their first day.

A copy of the 2019-2020 Academic Calendar is attached. Click Here. We ask that all families review the dates carefully and plan accordingly. The first day of school will be Tuesday, August 20, 2019 7:30 a.m.
New students should wear a plain white t-shirt/ polo, navy blue uniform pants or skirts (knee-length), a belt, tennis shoes.
Scholars should not bring any supplies to Summer Academy. They may bring a clear bottle of water.
Uniform & Supplies Sales:
As a reminder, we will no longer sell school uniforms or school supplies in the main office. is the list of school supplies your child will need to have on the first day of school. We ask that you plan accordingly and use this supply list to purchase school supplies during the summer to ensure your child has all he/she needs for their first day back to school. If your family needs assistance getting these supplies do to financial reasons, please reach out to the office. It is vital that students are prepared for school as this will help maximize learning time! Additionally, our office will hold uniform sales during specific dates and times throughout the year. You will no longer be able to purchase uniform shirts, sweaters or cardigans from the main office. We will host the first uniform sale during Summer Academy – August 15 and August 16 10:00 a.m.- 12 p.m. at the Parent Center. Our uniform vendor will be onsite during those two days and all orders and transactions will be handled by them.
NSLP meal applications will not be collected this school year and all meals will be provided to students free of charge. However, we will be collecting an alternate household income form for the purpose of allocating state funds to support student learning.
Arts & Enrichment Program Application:
Parents and guardians who wish to have their scholar attend the Arts & Enrichment Program After-School Program must complete an interest form via our online platform SchoolMint at www.endeavorcollegeprep.org/after-school-program. If a family needs assistance completing the application online, the family must schedule an appointment to come in to our office and complete it with selected office representatives, or to complete the application over the phone. You can contact Ms. Flores at (323) 397-9844 to schedule your appointment. Applications must be completed by the parent or guardian by July 30th, 2019 at 1:00 p.m. Since enrollment is limited, registration will be offered via lottery. Scholars who register after the program enrollment capacity is reached will be placed on a waiting list. Additional positions will then be offered as space becomes available.
Did you know that our morning arrival valet is available to all students? The afternoon valet requires a pass that must be requested at our office. In order to qualify you must at least have a total of four students. If you meet the qualifications contact Mr. Gonzalez at (323) 816-0956. We just ask that families using the valet come down Boyle, turn on Short Street, and then enter the alley. Children should not be dropped off on Soto St. or Short St., since those are posted “no stopping” zones during arrival. Valet service closes at 7:50 a.m. at which point you will need to park and take your child to the back alley entrance.
